Head on Truck Accident with Multiple Passengers

Our client was travelling toward home in Wyoming with his wife and mother as passengers in their pickup truck. As they were driving, they saw another full-size pickup truck driving in their lane toward them. Their vehicle spun around approximately 270 degrees off the highway, ejecting our client from the truck.
